Patch Romana — The Imperium Update Brings Massive Control Improvements to ROME: Total War on iOS & Android

Citizens, rejoice! Today sees the release of the Imperium Update to ROME: Total War on iOS & Android.

Marching at the head of this legion of improvements are sweeping reforms to controls and options, bringing the best refinements from Total War: MEDIEVAL II to ROME — including Positioning Mode, Melee Mode and Automatic Deselection customisations.

Generals seeking something closer to the desktop experience can now also relive the glory days of ROME with mouse & keyboard support on iPad and Android.

The Imperium Update’s dominion extends beyond control —there are also a host of gameplay and balance improvements in store. In fact, the full Change Scroll unfurls right down the steps of the Senate. Rather than rolling it all out here, those wishing to know all the details are cordially invited to the Minisite: feral.in/romemobile-imperium
