Problems with Mac App Store downloads
Update: The games have now been restored.
Last week we became aware that some customers were experiencing problems with downloading from the Mac App Store.
Unfortunately, some Feral games are among those affected. We have tested downloads of all our games from the Mac App Store and have found that some of them fail to download properly. As a result, we have temporarily withdrawn these games from sale on the Mac App Store until the problem has been fixed.
The affected games are:
- Battlestations: Pacific
- BioShock
- Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition
- Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood
- Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30
- Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition
- Empire: Total War - Gold Edition
- F1 2012™
- LEGO Batman
- LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
- LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars
- LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga
- Mini Ninjas
- Napoleon: Total War - Gold Edition
- Rayman Origins
- Rome: Total War - Gold Edition
- Sid Meier’s Pirates!
- Sid Meier’s Railroads!
- The Movies: Superstar Edition
- Tomb Raider Underworld
- Tropico 3: Gold Edition
- Tropico 4: Gold Edition
If you have recently bought one of these games from the Mac App Store and have experienced difficulty with downloading or installing, please email Feral Interactive support with proof of purchase and we will honour that with a download of a non-App Store version of the same game.
If you are considering buying one of the above games, we advise that for now you do so from the Feral Store or one of our third-party store partners.
In the meantime, we are working with Apple to get the problem resolved. Once we are certain that it has been, we will return the listed games to sale on the Mac App Store.
