Battlestations: Pacific released today!
Today’s the day that you can get your hands on our newest release for Mac gamers: Battlestations: Pacific! This sequel to Battlestations: Midway is now shipping from our webstore, and all good Mac software retailers.
Battlestations: Pacific puts you in command of two military juggernauts of the ocean during World War II: the U.S. and Japanese fleets, battling for control of the Pacific. As the U.S. Navy you’ll fight the Japanese through Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima and on to Okinawa, while as the Japanese Navy you’ll try to expand your empire’s borders after your successful sneak attack on Pearl Harbor. You can also play against up to seven other friends in a variety of new co-op and team-based multiplayer modes.
Gamers already familiar with Battlestations: Midway will have a sense of what Battlestations: Pacific has to offer: a unique combination of action and real-time strategy on an epic scale that truly reflects the hugely destructive and decisive battles of the Pacific Theatre of World War II. But even Midway won’t have prepared you for the breathtaking graphics, new game modes and other enhancements you’ll find here. If you’d like to find out more about the game, there’s also our Battlestations: Pacific mini-site, featuring screenshots, trailers and more.
