47’s first assignment is to take out Fernando Delgado, a former general of the Pinochet regime, and his son Manuel. Their Chilean vineyard serves as a front for cocaine production, and enjoys heavy security.

Infiltrating the Opera House during rehearsals for an upcoming production, 47 must drop the curtain on a famous Italian tenor for his leading role in a child trafficking ring.

47 has two stops in California. First, the Pine Cone Rehabilitation Center outside Los Angeles. Chief among its clientele — a fellow ICA Agent being held captive, and three prominent members of the Mafia.

Further south, 47 drops in on the aptly named Vinnie Sinistra — a former Cuban crime lord now living quietly in suburban San Diego, courtesy of the Witness Protection Program.

There’s no party like Mardis Gras, and no better place to blend in. Using the thronging crowds as cover, 47 must unmask three elite assassins working on behalf of “The Franchise”.

Down in the Southern states, two gangs have joined forces to corner the local drug trade. 47’s mission to weed out the gang leaders finds him cruising the river on a luxury paddle steamer — and crashing a plantation wedding in the bayou.

A shady transaction is about to go down at the Shamal Hotel and Casino, and blood diamonds are on the table... 47 must flush out the buyers and deal with them appropriately.

Across town, things come to a head at the exclusive Shark Club, where a corrupt CIA operative is on the VIP list, and both 47 and his Franchise rivals smell blood in the water.
