Chloe is a teenage hell-raiser, and no one's idea of a perfect student. Or daughter. Or anything, really. Desperate to shrug off her veil of perfection, she’s drawn to Chloe’s rebellious nature and shares her ambition for a life beyond Arcadia Bay. As the two become friends, the impulsive — sometimes destructive — side of Rachel’s personality becomes apparent.

JAMES AMBER

James is Rachel’s father and Arcadia Bay’s District Attorney. He was elected on a platform of integrity, honesty and loyalty, but James is hiding a dark secret from the daughter he cherishes.

JOYCE PRICE

Joyce is Chloe’s mother and a waitress at the Two Whales Diner. Since the death of her husband, she has been powerless to stop Chloe’s behaviour deteriorating and is desperate to reconnect with her. Joyce hopes her new boyfriend David might help her recreate a normal family life.

DAVID MADSEN

David is a retired drill sergeant, and apart from wanting to see Joyce happy he and Chloe share nothing but harsh words. A lifelong disciplinarian, David has no tolerance for Chloe’s bad attitude. Chloe, in turn, has no interest in a new father figure.

FRANK BOWERS

For a drug dealer, Frank is pretty chill. Although he treats Chloe with rough affection, he has a tough side that can show itself at the drop of a hat.

MAX CAULFIELD

Max is Chloe’s MIA best friend. The two lost contact when Max’s family moved out of Arcadia Bay and she stopped replying to Chloe’s texts. Chloe is wounded by Max’s neglect — but would forgive her in a heartbeat.
