Before creating a Calico account, please read these terms carefully.

By creating a Calico account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please also note that these Terms do not cover usage of data. Please consult the privacy policies for Feral’s website and games for information on how the data you provide may be used.

Calico Services

Calico is a complimentary service we provide in order to support online features in our games. Feral may withhold or cease to offer the service or some parts of the service without prior notice.

Feral reserves the right to withhold services from or delete any account.

Restrictions:

In some territories, the online features of some games may not be available due to legal or licensing reasons.

Conduct

Feral bears no responsibility for the conduct of Calico users. However, Feral reserve the right to restrict the accounts of users who behave in an inappropriate manner.

Security

Feral may share your information with third parties in order to provide account services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any other information relating to your Calico account. Do not disclose your account details to anyone else.

Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to Feral using support@feralinteractive.com.

Liability

Feral bears no responsibility for:

Any physical or mental trauma or injury caused by one of Feral’s games or interaction with other account users.
The loss or misuse of user data that occurs as the result of a malicious attack on any of Feral’s or Feral’s partners’ online services.
Reimbursement for purchases made fraudulently or as a result of such attacks.

Feral retains responsibility for any fraudulent claims or representations made by the company as well as death, personal injury or mental anguish caused by its negligence of willful misconduct. The laws of some countries preclude or disallow some or all of the limitations described in these terms. If these laws apply to you, you may be exempt from some or all of these terms and you may have additional rights.
