Please read these terms carefully before buying from the Feral Store. By placing an order with Feral Interactive, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms, as well as confirming that you are over the age of 18, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

In addition, by purchasing from Feral Interactive, you indicate your agreement to any notices (such as website notifications or emails) related to your purchase that you may have received prior to making it.

Feral games

Feral sells games for macOS and Linux via download via the Feral Store on this website.

Sometimes there is an opportunity to pre-order games prior to release. When making pre-order purchases via the Feral Store, your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Pricing

The price displayed on the Feral Store page and at checkout is what you will be charged. If you use PayPal, there may also be a processing charge. The price of a game may vary over time, and Feral sometimes run promotions that lower prices.

The Feral Store accepts payment in four currencies: Pounds Sterling (£) if you are in the UK, Euros (€) in Continental Europe, Yen (¥) in Japan and US dollars ($) in the USA and all other territories. The purchasing currency is displayed at the checkout.

In many countries, sales tax or VAT is charged and included in the displayed store prices. Outside the EU and the UK, Feral neither charge sales tax nor include it in the displayed store prices.

How can I pay?

The Feral Store accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and a large range of debit cards. All the available payment methods are displayed on the Checkout page.

Security & Privacy

Feral works with Trust Payments to process payments and store customer details securely.

All Feral Store pages run HTTPS, the secure and encrypted version of the protocol used to retrieve web pages. You can check for this by looking for the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

Your details are kept safe and confidential. Feral does not rent, loan, give or sell your details to anyone else. See this Privacy Policy for more about how your data is used.

Restrictions of sale

In some countries the Feral Store may sell an altered version of a game in order to meet legal or licensing requirements. This will be made clear before purchase.

There is an age rating on every game displayed on the relevant Feral Store page. Ratings are advisory, but please respect them.

Delivery of goods

When you purchase a macOS or Linux game, you will receive an order confirmation email with a Steam key, to be redeemed via the Steam Client. Instructions for doing this are provided in the email, and are also available on the Feral Support site. A Steam account will be required to download and play the game. For more information, please see the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

Refund policy

Games bought from the Feral Store may be refunded if the refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase. If you are experiencing problems with installing and/or playing a game, sufficient troubleshooting must take place before a refund will be considered.

If you have bought a Feral game from a vendor other than the Feral Store you should contact that vendor if you want a refund. Feral cannot refund purchases made from third-party stores.

All Feral Store refund requests should be made by emailing support@feralinteractive.com with the order reference number and the reason for the request. Any Steam keys associated with the purchased game will be deactivated prior to processing a refund.

Warranty and replacement policy

Feral will ensure that you receive the game(s) you purchase from the Feral Store. After redeeming a Steam key the game will be registered to your Steam account, and you may download it as often as you wish without buying again.

Post-purchase services

On request Feral will provide you with your purchase history from the Feral Store.
