Feral Interactive takes the privacy of all visitors to its website seriously. It does not share, sell, rent, lend or gift your personal information to advertisers or marketers and does not share it in any ways other than those described below.

What information is collected?

For general browsing, Feral collects only data that does not identify individuals (e.g. IP address, language selected, web browser used).

For certain activities, such as when you buy from the Feral Store or create a Calico Account, information is collected that can identify you:

  • Contact information; your name and email address. Your billing address is also required when purchasing from the Feral Store

This data does not identify individuals and, unless you buy from the Feral Store, is never combined with data that can.

Feral Newsletter registration and Calico Accounts

The Feral Newsletter registration form requests that you provide your name, email address and date of birth. Your email address will be used to contact you about announcements, offers, or anything else to do with Feral’s activities that may be of interest to you. Your name will be used to address you, and your date of birth used to ensure you are not sent unsuitable content.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. If you create a Calico Account you can also manage your newsletter subscription through it.

Technical Support

If you contact Feral’s support team via email they will see your name and email address and you may be asked for further information about your computer or mobile device. The information you provide is only used to respond to your support request.

Online promotions

Feral may, on occasion, run contests or promotions via its website. If you participate, you may be asked to provide an email address or screen name. The information you provide is used only to alert you in the event that you win a contest.

Buying games

Buying from the Feral Store requires your name, street address and credit/debit card details. This information is stored on secure servers and is used only to verify your purchase.

With whom do we share information?

Feral shares some personal information with third-party service providers acting on its behalf, such as payment processing companies, and email service providers. If you create a Calico Account and play online when logged into it, Feral will share certain pieces of information with a trusted partner responsible for maintaining the server required for online play.

Feral only shares information required by third parties to provide their services who may only use your information to meet the agreed purpose; they are not allowed to use it for anything else or to pass it to any other entity.

Feral may also disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, in the event of bankruptcy, merger, sale, transfer of company assets or acquisition, or to protect the rights or property of Feral Interactive Ltd. or any third party.

What are cookies and what do they do?

Cookies are small pieces of data which are stored in your web browser when you visit a website. They are placed there to collect information such as visitor preferences and usage patterns. This helps Feral develop its website to create a better user experience.
